A company is looking for a Director, Security GRC to oversee security governance, risk management, audit, and compliance programs.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs for employees


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
12+ years of experience in security governance, risk management, and compliance roles
Deep understanding of security frameworks and regulations (e.g., NIST, GDPR, HIPAA)
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) is highly desirable
