Key Responsibilities

Lead compliance initiatives related to compensation regulations
Manage process improvements and serve as the first responder for consultation requests
Provide analytical support and own compensation data audits in Workday


Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in Compensation and/or Human Resources or a related field preferred
BA or BS in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience with Workday preferred
Strong experience with Excel and ability to manipulate large data sets required
