A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, HR Technical Training.



Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain training and performance support materials for the ERP program
Develop course outlines and training materials for various delivery methods and ensure they meet learning objectives
Support trainers during classroom and lab activities, and participate in the planning of the Train the Trainer program


Required Qualifications

Relevant experience in adult education, learning and development, or related fields
Demonstrated experience in instructional design, e-learning, and training methodologies
Experience creating computer-based learning modules
Ability to analyze and resolve complex administrative issues using independent judgment
