• Employment Type: Travel#alliedtravel Key Responsibilities:Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures.Operate and maintain specialized imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and angiography systems.Assist the physician during procedures by ensuring sterile techniques and proper imaging.Administer contrast media as needed under the supervision of a physician.Monitor patient condition during procedures, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.Document procedures, patient data, and images accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).Maintain a safe environment by adhering to radiation safety protocols and infection control standards.Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot as necessary.Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.Licensed [State-specific Radiologic Technologist License, if applicable].Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS) preferred.Minimum [X years] of experience in interventional radiology or related imaging modalities preferred.Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging protocols, and radiation safety.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Hyur Health Job ID #1357.
