Key Responsibilities

Perform financial and non-financial administrative transactions related to policies/contracts
Identify and evaluate critical information for accurate transaction processing
Analyze incoming documents and serve as the first approver for financial transactions


Required Qualifications

Experience in back office processing for life and/or annuity contracts preferred
Two-year college degree or equivalent experience in financial institution operations or customer service
Knowledgeable in life or annuity products
Ability to meet multiple performance targets, including accuracy and productivity
