The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting and financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial information. The role demands a high level of engagement with various financial operations, including entities, account reconciliation, general ledger accounting, and financial statements preparation. The candidate will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting.Responsibilities:1. Assist with all facets of our accounting operations, including multiple entities, account reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring they comply with all regulatory and accounting guidelines.3. Utilize Microsoft Excel to develop comprehensive financial reports and analyses.4. Work closely with the finance team to improve financial procedures and systems.5. Conduct regular ledger and bank reconciliations to maintain the accuracy of financial data.6. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.7. Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely and accurate manner.8. Implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.Qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or from public accounting.3. Proven proficiency in general ledger accounting, and financial statements preparation.4. Expertise in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.5. Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and regulations.6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex accounting issues.7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.8. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.9.
