A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Client Consultant - Retail Brokerage.



Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and service implementations while expanding and cross-selling services
Oversee processes by gathering data, creating action plans, and executing service improvements
Coordinate and train offshore teams, monitor production issues, and manage invoicing and billing reports


Required Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of various lines of Commercial & Personal Line insurance coverages
Experience working in Agency Management Systems
Property & Casualty license preferred but not required
Ability to work from home with a minimum internet speed requirement
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word More...
