Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process, ensuring effective communication
Document customer requirements, project goals, and success criteria while managing end-to-end project delivery
Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and contributing to best practices for implementations


Required Qualifications

2+ years' experience with customer-facing enterprise software or SaaS implementations
Experience with data migration and integration
Basic understanding of programming fundamentals
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
