Key Responsibilities:

Analyze case documents and prepare I-130 petitions for filing with government agencies
Communicate with clients and foreign nationals regarding I-130 petition processes and assist with document gathering
Oversee the status of I-130 consular processing cases and maintain accurate documentation


Required Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in immigration law, particularly with I-130 petitions and consular processing
