Key Responsibilities:

Communicates with clients to answer questions about cancellations
Manages the Customer Care phone/email account
Coordinates with the Supervising Attorney and Finance Department to ensure timely responses


Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or account management in a legal setting
Experience with light finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
Bilingual in Spanish/English with full proficiency
Experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite is required
