Key Responsibilities

Conduct computational analysis of omics data and develop algorithms
Ensure data quality assurance and perform bioinformatics database mining
Present research findings at international conferences and workshops


Required Qualifications

A PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related field is required
A minimum of 2-5 years of bioinformatics research experience, excluding the duration of PhD studies
Experience in programming with Python and/or R
Knowledge of High Throughput Sequence (HTS) data analysis and experimental design
