A company is looking for a Cloud Consumption Customer Success Engineer.



Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted technical advisor and orchestrate cross-functional programs to deliver customer value
Develop relationships with key customer personas and define customer success plans and milestones
Monitor usage trends, identify challenges, and provide architectural recommendations to optimize cloud services



Required Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise cloud/software experience
Minimum of 2+ years in customer-facing roles such as CSM, CSE, or solutions consultant
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
In-depth knowledge of Public/Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Service Providers (GCP, Azure, AWS)
Azure platform certifications are desired within the first 6 months More...
