Key Responsibilities

Coordinate business office functions including patient billing, credit, collections, and data entry
Implement controls and procedures for billing, collections, and follow-up on third-party approvals
Assist in managing employees through coaching, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies


Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of hospital billing experience
High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
