Key Responsibilities

Own project planning and implementation for new customers, facilitating software setup and feature enablement

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in business consulting, business transformation, or implementation at a consultancy or B2B SaaS company
Strong consultative and advisory skills, with a proven ability to make persuasive recommendations
Experience in deploying and launching software solutions focused on time-to-value adoption
Strong project management skills with the ability to hold customers accountable for deliverables
