Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategy engagements across Optum Financial, including industry landscapes and inorganic growth strategy
Structure research plans for strategic evaluation and decision-making, including financial analysis and market assessments
Drive the due diligence process for potential M&A opportunities and manage senior stakeholder expectations


Required Qualifications:

6+ years of experience leading M&A transactions and strategic initiatives
6+ years in business development, consulting, corporate development, or investment banking
4+ years of experience working with senior level leaders
4+ years of advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint deck development experience
