Key Responsibilities:

Elevate and manage the onboarding program, ensuring new hires are set up for success
Collaborate with various teams to support processes such as employment verifications and off-boarding logistics
Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, analyzing trends to drive meaningful outcomes


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an employee or customer-facing role, preferably in HR/People or Recruiting
Experience with presenting to diverse audiences
Ability to balance administrative tasks with people-facing responsibilities
Familiarity with HR policies, benefits, and compliance is a plus
