Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a team of clinicians, CPCs, and operations analysts
Evaluate and improve coding and billing policies for compliance with regulations
Develop processes for managing Fraud, Waste, and Abuse within the organization


Required Qualifications

5+ years of clinical operations/administration experience in behavioral health
At least 2 years of experience in clinical supervision or team management
Licensed behavioral health clinician or certified expert coder/auditor (CPC, CPMA)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Legal and Compliance
