A company is looking for a Bilingual Pharmacy Success Advocate to drive success in business coaching operations.



Key Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with independent pharmacy owners and conduct regular check-ins to identify business improvement opportunities
Deliver presentations and reports to pharmacy owners to help them understand insights and act on them
Analyze key pharmacy performance indicators and provide timely reporting to optimize coaching efforts


Required Qualifications

Four-year bachelor's degree in accounting, mathematics, data science, statistics, computer sciences, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of five years of directly related experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Working knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and community pharmacy operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel More...
