An Estate Planning Law Firm is hiring a--Legal Intake/Marketing Coordinator Superstar in Norman, Oklahoma.

When our prospective clients call us for help, they are often going through an emotionally challenging period. Our Legal Intake Superstar provides our potential clients with the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of telephone skills, empathy, and the ability to help them understand how to see a better future using our services. You will play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences. This critical position involves administrative duties related to client service, client intake, client retention, and direct attorney support.



$17 - $20 hourly, with opportunities for bonus compensation for outstanding performance

Responsibilities:

--- Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
--- Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team
--- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
--- Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth
--- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency

--- Shows empathy to clients and puts them at ease discussing disability and death planning
--- Treat a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning
--- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills
--- Master of calendars and scheduling
--- Understands the importance of deadlines and doing excellent work on time
--- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM database entry
--- Ability to switch gears quickly and think on your feet.
--- Follows instructions and understands the importance of policies procedures
--- Generates creative solutions to workplace problems
--- Go-getter with a strong work ethic
--- Prior employment in a law firm is a plus
--- Legal Marketing experience is a plus
--- Inbound sales experience is a plus
--- Enjoys assisting in creating great social media and digital marketing
--- Not afraid to pick up the telephone and call our Planning Partners, such as Financial Advisors, and Accountants
--- Wants a full-time job working regular office hours in our Norman location
--- Wants to be part of the Norman business community and attend local events
