This role will meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring accounts within an assigned geographic territory. Incumbent will sell products, services and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads and referrals. Incumbent will analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services. Tailor customer recommendations to present and close business. **Only candidates that reside in or are relocating to the Tulsa, OK area will be considered for this opportunity**Job Responsibilities: - Independently generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling and networking.
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
- Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions and proposals.
- Present and close deals.
- Partner proactively with Retail Stores in assigned territory to drive Business Sales results through education on Business Sales products and services and closing on Business Sales leads
- Fully use all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools.
- Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace.
- Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as neededEducation:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)Work Experience:
- 4-7 years Outside sales experience with demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment
- 2 years Experience solutions/applications selling
- 2 years Telecommunications / technical salesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
