Key Responsibilities

Monitor team performance to meet claim timeliness and quality standards
Lead and develop employees through performance management and training

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma; College and Advanced Degrees preferred
5+ years of experience analyzing healthcare claims
At least three years of supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership potential
Knowledge of ICD and/or CPT codes
