Fid-- is currently seeking a RN with ICU experience for a 13-week contract in Tulsa, OK.
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 1+ years of current RN ICU experience.

Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current OK RN License - compact allowed (PA, OH NOT COMPACT)
- Current AHA BLS
- **ANY OTHER CERTIFICATIONS NEEDED WILL GO HERE**
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO
- Resume
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week:
Shift: 06:30 PM-07:00 AM
Weekend Requirements: (IF PROVIDED, IF NOT, WRITE IN TBD)
On Call Requirements: (IF PROVIDED, IF NOT, WRITE IN TBD)
Travel Hourly Pay: $20.00
Travel Stipend: $1245.60
Travel Weekly Package: $1965.60
