A company is looking for an Accounting Integrations Specialist to support the Financial Reconciliation and Transition team.



Key Responsibilities

Assist with accounting onboarding for new agencies, including reviewing opening balances
Support annual activities such as year-end audits and 1099 information
Conduct monthly income reviews against the budget and research variances with agencies and the accounting team


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent in education and experience preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in accounting, auditing, and/or financial analysis required
Preferred background in insurance brokerage or related industry accounting
Prior experience with balance sheet reconciliations and working with both income statements and balance sheets required
