A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Analyst (bilingual English/Spanish).



Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding workers' compensation
Process and manage workers' compensation claims, including approving settlements and facilitating communication among stakeholders
Analyze trends in work-related injury claims to develop strategies for risk mitigation and loss prevention


Required Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish
2-4 years of direct experience managing workers' compensation claims
Bachelor's degree in Business or Risk Management-related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards and state safety statutes
