Key Responsibilities

Create business requirement documents and troubleshoot client requests regarding the Vxretail system
Analyze business objectives and assist in utilities market mandate changes
Perform user acceptance testing and provide training and mentorship to new team members


Required Qualifications

BA Degree or equivalent experience
Strong experience utilizing MS SQL
Knowledge of utilities and financial industry is a plus
