A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I to manage the loss mitigation process for mortgage loan borrowers.



Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to delinquent mortgage loan borrowers regarding loss mitigation options
Document consumer interactions and provide information on loss mitigation approvals, declines, and foreclosure processes
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain internal control standards throughout the process


Required Qualifications

A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
Excellent customer service skills
