A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Reporting Specialist to support sales management and operations through data analysis and reporting.



Key Responsibilities

Provide dedicated sales compensation reporting support to Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance
Extract, compile, and enrich data from various sources for commissions reporting purposes
Build historical data sets for additional business insights


Required Qualifications

4+ years of in-depth reporting experience, preferably in fast-paced technology companies
Experience with compensation reporting is preferred but not required
Familiarity with Xactly/Incent or similar cloud-based ICM solutions, Salesforce.com, and Excel
