A company is looking for an Acute Clearance Specialist/Intake Coordinator to support their Home Infusion Specialty Pharmacy remotely.



Key Responsibilities

Verify insurance benefits for specialty medications and services
Initiate and secure prior authorizations, including obtaining necessary clinical documents
Communicate updates on referrals and assist patients with financial assistance programs


Required Qualifications

Acute Home Infusion experience required
At least 2 years of home infusion pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel & Word More...
