This position provides a wide range of administrative and confidential support.



Position Requirements:

Education/Experience:High school diploma or equivalent required.

?4 or more years of demonstrated administrative/clerical experience required. ?Four or more years of relevant work experience in administrative support functions with Microsoft Office Suite programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook (Microsoft Office 2010 proficiency required)

?Associates degree in Secretarial Science, Administrative Management or a related field is desirable

?Previous experience working in the utility industry is highly desirable. General Requirements:

?Must be very accurate with high attention to detail.

?Must be comfortable in a fast moving office with periods of high volume work. ?Must be dependable with a promen attendance record.

?Ability to work effectively with people with differing backgrounds and perspectives.

?Ability to handle pressure and stress associated with demanding workload. ?Ability to quickly switch priorities

?Good communication skills both in person and on the phone

?Knowledge of office procedures governing correspondence control and preparation, communication channels, records management, etc.
