A company is looking for an Inpatient Coding Auditor to perform coding review services and provide education to coding staff.



Key Responsibilities

Conduct coding reviews on inpatient record types
Provide education and feedback to coding staff
Meet client productivity targets while maintaining a coding quality of 95% or greater


Required Qualifications

RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification is required
A minimum of 3 years' recent inpatient coding and auditing experience in an acute care setting
Experience utilizing the SMART Audit tool
Technical competency with remote-based connectivity and office software
