Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and benchmarking studies for executive compensation packages
Assist in the design and administration of executive compensation programs, including salary, bonuses, and equity awards
Prepare reports and materials for the Compensation Committee and ensure compliance with regulations


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, focusing on executive compensation
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Familiarity with executive compensation concepts and relevant regulations
