A company is looking for an IP Counsel to manage and expand its intellectual property program.



Key Responsibilities

Manage and strategically expand the company's IP program and portfolio
Partner cross-functionally to identify inventions suitable for patent protection
Draft and negotiate IP provisions in commercial agreements


Required Qualifications

4+ years of in-house patent portfolio management experience
7+ years of experience in patent application drafting, prosecution, and licensing
Experience with trademark portfolio development and brand protection is a plus
JD degree required with US Bar admission
