We've worked in the trenches. We know it can be soul-sucking seeing up to 8 clients per day, with high needs and minimal resources. And the stress has gotten even worse since the pandemic hit and mental health needs went through the roof. We offer a way to do what you're passionate about, without burning yourself out. We know that your energy and wellbeing are a valuable resource for helping others, and we support you in protecting that. Come work less hours and get paid more than at an agency! At Empower Therapy, you get to choose which days and hours you want to work. We encourage taking vacations and personal time. If you want to work from home on Tuesday evenings in your pajama pants 'cause that works for you, go for it. Individual and group supervision is provided in-house. We check in regularly to see how your caseload is working for you. When you are seeing the types of clients you love to work with and the amount of clients you want, everybody wins. Solo private practice can feel lonely and isolating at times.
