Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician (Spa & Pool Operator)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Pool Technician to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will handle the maintenance and servicing of residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and in excellent working condition. If you thrive in outdoor environments, have a knack for mechanical systems, and enjoy working independently, we'd love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning pools, balancing chemicals, and inspecting equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pool systems such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automated cleaning devices.
  • Use hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs, replacements, and installations.
  • Inspect pool conditions thoroughly to detect issues and recommend solutions.
  • Interact with clients to discuss service schedules, maintenance strategies, and repair requirements.
  • Keep detailed records of services provided and equipment utilized during each visit.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working in and around pool areas.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

    • Prior experience in pool maintenance or a related technical field is preferred.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of pool maintenance techniques and industry standards.
    • Hands-on experience as a technician, include g proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
    • Ability to service multiple locations independently and manage time effectively.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
    • Physical capability to perform tasks in various outdoor settings and weather conditions.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
    • Strong communication skills for client interactions and service documentation.
