BV-Production Operator - Beaverton Oregon

We are hiring for Production Operators for a top client in Beaverton Oregon.

Production Operators will be responsible for:

-Hand add parts to circuit boards following detailed online work instructions.

-Manual soldering of components required

-Inspect circuit boards for defects

-Familiar with automated soldering processes



Requirement of top candidates will include:

-Experience inspecting completed complex circuit boards under a microscope on a daily basis (within the last 18 months). This must be experience with circuit boards. Experience inspecting completed products or assemblies is not adequate.

-Soldering experience under a microscope including the use of hot air

-Familiar with IPC standards

-Verbal and written English language skills. Must be able to communication well with the team and engineers. Must be able to follow written work instructions for a wide variety of assemblies each day.

-Basic PC Skills

-Mechanical aptitude

-Basic math skills

-Must be able to understand written detailed process procedures.

-Ability to produce quality work and have thorough understanding of quality concepts

-Able to recognize deviation from accepted practices, and make corrections or request help

-Excellent team skills, gets along well with others, and is highly dependable.



We have openings on both the first shift (Monday - Friday from 7AM - 3:30PM) and on the third shift (Sunday - Thursday from 10:30PM - 7:00AM)



Pay for this position is $14.00 -$16.00/hr plus overtime as needed. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.
