  • Responsible for providing Hospice bereavement services such as emotional and bereavement assessments, counseling, resource identification and facilitation to Hospice families during the 13-month bereavement period.
  • Serves as a lead/resource for department staff and a subject matter expert, which includes monitoring and training staff and ensuring regulatory requirements are being met.
    Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in social services, counseling or psychology related area required.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • Two (2) years experience in grief or loss counseling required.
    • Recent experience in hospice preferred.
