DescriptionPeaceHealth Peace Harbor is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Emergency Department team, Peace Harbor is a Critical Access Level III Trauma Center, located on the Oregon coast in the picturesque community of Florence, Oregon.The Emergency Department at Peace Harbor is currently staffed by Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians, RNs and ED Techs. The position will be four (10 hour) dayshifts/week - schedule to include weekends. Peace Harbor has many services not often found at a hospital of its size including:Practice Highlights:Respiratory therapy services in-house 24/7CRNA onsite and services available 24/7Radiology in-house 3 days/ week. 24/7 XR, US, CT (128 slice scanner). Daily available MRI, Echo, Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac StressGeneral and Orthopedic Surgeons available 24/7Hospitalist in-house 24/7Telehealth and direct access to specialty consultEmergency Medicine experience preferred, not requiredPrimary focus in the ED seeing 11,000 - 12,000 visits/year, may provide additional cross coverage as needed in an Urgent Care/Walk-in ClinicFlorence is located on the Oregon Coast at the mouth of the Siuslaw River.
