• Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times.
• Engage children in age-appropriate and stimulating activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized play area for children.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of snacks and meals.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior.
• Implement and enforce rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Assist children with personal needs, such as toileting or dressing.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to children who may need it.
• Collaborate with other staff members to plan and organize special events and activities.
• Attend training and professional development sessions as required. Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR)
  • Background Check
  • Stand long periods
  • Lift 50 lbs
  • Driver License
