Adapt Integrated Health Care is currently recruiting full time School Based Therapists to join their Turnaround Program (TAP) Partnership! This position is located in Roseburg, Oregon. Ability to register as a QMHP in MHACBO Must possess valid Oregon driver's license. POSITION PURPOSE: The School Based Therapist will provide direct partnership and support to teachers and students in the Roseburg Public Schools (RPS) Turnaround program (TAP) classrooms. We wish to provide TAP classrooms behavioral, emotional, and mental health support with the goal of successfully returning enrolled students back to regular classrooms. They will provide integrated outpatient mental health treatment services in a School-based Health Center setting that are based on medical necessity and that support and promote mental health recovery and reintegration into regular educational settings. This mental health therapist also provides case management and consultation to Douglas County school staff for referral in and reintegration back into regular educational settings. They will manage the therapeutic milieu by directing/teaching therapeutic and behavioral interventions to the mental health staff in the school base setting. They will manage the State documentation and review requirements for each youth in the school base setting. Possibility of working with a variety of age groups.
