This role is also responsible for the retention of clients and partners to execute on health care strategies and initiatives. Within the organization, this role is key in clearly representing client and partner needs. This position is primarily remote, with some required in-person meetings and onsite departmental trainings a few times a month.What YOU will do: Manage and provide white glove service to a book of business of 12-15 clients varying in complexity and industry background Represent Client Success by participating in finalist meetings and implementationsOwns preparation, delivery and execute of renewal strategy Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and demonstrate HMA valueRecommend products and services relevant to client needs by reviewing data and listening to customer needs through regular touchpoints Regularly updates CRM to communicate client and broker activities across the organizationBrings new insights from industry events, client and broker meetings and competitor information to supplement client success strategyServe as a subject matter expert for client success functions by participating in projects as neededKnowledge, Experience, and Key Attributes needed for Success: |
