TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Roseburg, Oregon, 97471 Pay Information $2,496 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: PCU Stepdown Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights (1845-0715); Every Other Weekend Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Emergency License (90 Day) Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Acute care, cardiac, and respiratory experience Job Description: - Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with 20 beds - Patient ratios of 1:4 - Care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, alcohol withdrawal, and renal failure needs - Ability to titrate Cardizem, heparin, and amiodarone drips - Work with charge nurses and house supervisors - Supported by nurse aides with a 1:8 ratio - Equipment includes CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula - Monitor technicians available; RNs also read strips - Rotating every other weekend and one major and one minor holiday - On-call requirements only for low census - Floating to ICU or Med/Surg as needed - Dress code: Scrub top in any color/design; pants in black, navy blue, cocoa brown, khaki, or charcoal gray - Specific orientation for two shifts - Charting system used: EPIC 26605143EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding ACLS BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
