Serenity Hospice Leadership is seeking an RN Executive Director to join their growing team in Eugene, OR! New competitive salary + bonus, generous time off package, 401k + match, and so much more!Location: Eugene, ORSchedule: 40 hours a week. Weekday shifts. Some on-call required.Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Minimum Associate degree in business, healthcare or a related field and a minimum of 5 years related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a hospice or home health setting.
• Experienced in program administration including knowledge of healthcare policies and reimbursement practices.
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and appropriate auto insurance.What We Offer:

    • Maintain positive internal and external customer service relationships.
    • Manage the agency's program through delegation of responsibility to administrative and supervisory personnel according to their abilities and defined responsibilities.
    • Monitor methods of program administration, planning, supervising, and evaluating.
    • Monitor day-to-day compliance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements.
    • Manage the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
    • Establish functions and qualifications for all personnel.
    • Determine staffing needs and patterns according to program requirements and with consideration for utilization of personnel at their maximum potential.
    • Authorize appointments to staff positions in collaboration with the VP of Operations.
    • Oversee compliance with personnel policies and procedures.
