The Senior Business Analyst analyzes the needs of their clients and partners to identify improvement opportunities, while recommending solutions and programs that help the organization to achieve its strategic goals. You will be the liaison between the business side of the enterprise and service providers to the enterprise, eliciting, analyzing, communicating and validating requirements in the context of helping our organization achieve its goals through internal changes to policies, processes, and information systems. Collaborate with business experts, senior managers, project managers, and project sponsors to determine project scope, vision and value proposition
* Play a critical role in responsibly promoting new technologies for our company. Aim to overcome roadblocks and closely partner with other service providers such as technology, user experience, and Enterprise Risk Management to achieve project goals efficiently
* Conduct research and analysis to stay current on technology and business trends especially in AI. Provide expert guidance and advise on opportunities of AI to envision future state practices and operations and define requirements accordingly
* Create assumptions and experiment to validate value, risks and controls of new solutions. Help develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users
* Support quality assurance in creating test plans and test cases to ensure functionality and performance requirements
* Communicate with senior management regarding project status, issues, and risks
5+ years of experience working as a Business Analysis
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI services and Agentforce
* Superior ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
* Excellent skills in word processing, spreadsheet, email, and database software
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
