D&S Bookkeeping & Tax Service, a well-established business, is seeking to fill the following part-time positions:LICENSED TAX PREPARER.Must be licensed in Oregon to prepare tax returns. You will interview tax clients to gather all necessary tax documents for the preparation of tax returns for our clients. Responsibilities will include reviewing financial records, asking due diligence questions and preparing returns. BOOKKEEPER. Duties include: Data entry of financial transactions, providing accurate, up-to-date financial information, reconcile monthly bank statements, generate monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Perform various clerical tasks. QuickBooks knowledge is helpful but not required. RECEPTIONIST. Duties include: Greeting and processing paperwork for clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, communicate with staff and clients, and perform various clerical tasks.
