Job Title: MRI Technologist Job Specialty: Radiology / Cardiology - MRI Tech Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day, 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00), Friday to Sunday Guaranteed Hours: Information not specified Experience: 1 year experience as RT, RDMS, or CNMT preferred License: - Must be licensed as a practitioner of MRI with the appropriate medical imaging board as applicable (temporary license is acceptable). Certifications: - Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (AMRIT). - Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire. Must-Have: - Capable of operating state-of-the-art MRI equipment and computer systems, film processors, and other technical supportive devices. - Must have good interpersonal communication skills, appropriate manner, conduct, and grooming. - Must maintain confidentiality for all patient, personnel, and sensitive information. Job Description: - Perform advanced MRI procedures ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. - Collaborate effectively with radiologists and medical staff to achieve optimal results. - Manage patient flow efficiently and establish priorities in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing needs. - Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and protocols for patient safety and protection. - Prepare and maintain accurate patient records and documentation. - Possess the ability to float to affiliate locations as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
