We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage commercial client accounts, ensure client retention, and support business development efforts. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with insurance carriers, resolving client issues, and providing exceptional customer service!



Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain an assigned book of business, ensuring client satisfaction.

- Negotiate quotes, renewals, and coverage terms with carriers.

- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate policy documentation.

- Prepare proposals, summaries, and other documents for client presentations.

- Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities to expand client coverage.

- Collaborate with producers to support business development initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with policy terms and provide professional guidance to clients.



Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial lines account management.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Applied Epic (preferred) or similar software.

- Active insurance agent's license (required).

- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and solution-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements: Light lifting (up to 20 lbs), regular computer use, and occasional office attendance for meetings or training.
