• Lead the development of new features and improvements across our stack.
• Collaborate with the team to define and execute the technical roadmap.
• Help our team grow by improving development processes, establishing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration
• Make informed technical decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Work closely with other developers to foster a culture of collaboration and mentorship.
• Solve complex problems across the stack, from database design to frontend user experiences.What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and modern web technologies like React or Next.js.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and make impactful technical decisions.
  • Experience with our primary technologies (GraphQL, NestJS, Postgres, BullMQ, React Native) is a nice to have but not required.
  • Startup experience is a plus, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in a small company.
  • Comfortable working in a mix of collaborative and asynchronous work environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
