The nurse, in conjunction with the Nurse Manager, participates in performance excellence initiatives that are focused on improving patient care and outcomes. One year experience or less. - Letter of recommendation from Nurse Manager. Satisfactory Performance Appraisal. - No performance improvement actions over the past twelve months.
