We are currently looking for a Project Management Administrative Assistant to work for one of our clients in the McKees Rocks area. This employee will be supporting a team of 4 project managers and assist with day-to-day responsibilities. Qualified candidates MUST possess previous experience in the construction industry or related field.



Job Description:



?Ensure proper flow of submittal process (processing, tracking, logging)

?Type all correspondence, which includes requests for information from potential clients, etc.

?Type, mail, log and file all change orders generated by PM and keep change order log updated

?Filing (paper and electronic)

?Copying, scanning and emailing as needed





Minimum Requirements:



?4-year college degree preferred

?Dependable individual with strong organization skills and good work ethic

?Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

?Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative assistant role

?Construction or engineering industry experience required

?Proficient in Microsoft Office

?Extremely strong Excel skills

?Proficient with Adobe Reader/Writer
