A company is looking for a Housing Management Specialist to support housing providers and assist homeless individuals and families in obtaining permanent housing.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with provider agencies to identify members qualified for housing
Assist members with the housing application process and ensure timely submission of documentation
Maintain a housing database and complete Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (SPDAT) evaluations


Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in servicing adults with serious mental illness (SMI) or in a healthcare-related field
Experience in non-profit housing services and knowledge of housing programs
Understanding of fair housing and tenant's rights
